What is the weather expectation?
Late February in the Dandenong Ranges is generally dry and sunny in the afternoon. Expect mid-20s Celsius temperatures, then rapidly cooling in the evening. If there are any changes to the event due to inclement weather, all guests will be notified immediately.
Is the venue accessible?
If you have any accessibility requirements or need assistance on the day, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you comfortably.
Dress code
What is the dress code?
Our wedding attire is formal/black tie.
- Men — black or dark suits.
- Ladies — ankle-length or floor-length dresses. We kindly ask ladies to avoid white and dark colours.
Ladies may want to avoid stilettos, as portions of the venue are on grass.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an indoor reception.
Transportation
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is approximately a 1 hour drive from central Melbourne. If you do not have your own vehicle, we can help you coordinate carpooling with other guests. Just contact us.
What is the parking situation?
Parking will be available onsite.
RSVP
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate guests formally listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will appear during the RSVP process.
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.
Food & beverages
Will there be vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other options?
Yes, absolutely! As the dinner will be served banquet style, please let us know your dietary preferences when you RSVP.

Is alcohol being served?
Yes! Remember to drink responsibly, especially if you are driving.
Gifts
Will there be a wishing well?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. For those who wish to contribute, a wishing well will be available on the day.
Photography
Will there be professional photography?
There will be a dedicated photographer and videographer at the event.
Is the ceremony unplugged?
We kindly ask that our formal ceremony portion be free of phones and cameras. Afterwards there will be no restrictions, and we’d even love for you to capture and share your photos from the celebration using a QR code to our shared album.
